• Communication and schedule
Communication between the client and the artist must be respectful and ongoing. The client may request progress updates, as long as they understand that unforeseen situations or personal matters may arise and affect the estimated delivery time. In such cases, the artist will notify the client accordingly.• Concept and creative process
The client should have a basic idea of what they want. The artist may assist in refining and clarifying the concept during the initial stage. Several sketches will be provided for the client to choose a final option.• Changes are allowed only during the sketch phase. Once the final illustration has begun, any additional modifications will require an extra fee.• Payment
Half payment (50%) is required upfront. The artist will begin working only after payment has been received and confirmed.• Final delivery
The completed artwork will be sent via email (Gmail) in JPG format or as a psd file.
For Full Color commissions, the client may request the lineart file at no additional cost.• Turnaround time
The estimated completion time is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and the artist’s workload.• Usage rights
All commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or modification is not allowed without prior permission from the artist.• Refund policy
Refunds are not available once the commission has started.• Additional complexity
Highly detailed backgrounds, multiple characters, complex poses, or intricate designs may require an additional fee, which will be discussed before the commission begins.• References
The client must provide clear and accurate references (images, descriptions, color palettes). Changes resulting from missing or incorrect references may be considered additional revisions.• Right to post
The artist reserves the right to share the commissioned artwork on their portfolio and social media unless the client requests confidentiality before the commission starts.• Cancellations
If the client chooses to cancel the commission after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
